Location is perfect near to Dhahran Mall parking lots are good even outside of hotel room space was good along with sofa which help for 1 kid Swimming Pool water was warm and this was really nice Complementary Arabic Coffee in the lobby is the best

Welcome gesture in reception by miss maria, all facilities were excellent. There cookies were delicious, my son loved most.

the reception staff Mona was amazing. she helped us get the best rooms for the best prices and made us extremely comfortable the entire stay. we ended up choosing the hotel because of her help.
