I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Double Tree by Hilton. The service provided by Ms. Maria was exceptional and truly enhanced my experience. Location is perfect near to Dhahran Mall parking lots are good even outside of hotel room space was good along with sofa which help for 1 kid Swimming Pool water was warm and this was really nice Complementary Arabic Coffee in the lobby is the best

the reception staff Mona was amazing. she helped us get the best rooms for the best prices and made us extremely comfortable the entire stay. we ended up choosing the hotel because of her help.

The location. The breakfast area. The food there and services especially by Carl de Chavez. He was very friendly and attentive not only to us but to other guests who are eating there. Thanks.

Location. Bed. Closed car park WITH shade. It's a very smart hotel and I think it had been properly cleaned. The decor was nice. I didn't use any of the facilities; just there for a clean comfortable bed which it was. So close to Dhahran Mall. There is a mini supermarket just opposite the hotel, which was handy.

I appreciate the welcoming attitude of the all the lady staff in the reception area. They sure know how to welcome the guest...very polite, good english and helpful.
